No purchase necessary to enter or win. By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics regarding orthodontic treatment, scheduling, consultations, giveaway status, promotional pricing, and future promotional offers. One Grand Prize winner and additional promotional winners may be selected following orthodontic evaluation, clinical eligibility, treatment needs, insurance coordination considerations, and provider discretion as determined solely by Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics.

Estimated giveaway value up to $3,500 toward Phase 1 orthodontic treatment or up to $4,500 toward comprehensive orthodontic treatment based on the recommended treatment plan. Giveaway value applies toward the orthodontic treatment fee portion of treatment only. Traditional metal braces treatment is included. Clear braces, ceramic braces, aligner treatment options, and Invisalign®️ may be available for an additional fee.

Participation in the giveaway or scheduling of a consultation does not guarantee treatment acceptance, treatment approval, promotional pricing eligibility, or selection as a giveaway winner. Clinical recommendations, treatment eligibility, treatment acceptance, and orthodontic treatment plans are determined solely by the treating provider following clinical evaluation, diagnostic review, and professional judgment.

Any treatment beyond the awarded treatment plan, including but not limited to future Phase 2 treatment if recommended, replacement retainers, retainer assurance programs, replacement appliances, lost or broken appliances, repairs, emergency visits, missed appointment fees, elective upgrades, clear/ceramic appliance upgrades, aligner upgrades, or additional treatment-related services and costs, is not included unless specifically stated in writing by Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics. Initial diagnostic records, examinations, x-rays, imaging, retainers, and other standard treatment-related costs may apply and may be billed separately.

Insurance benefits, if applicable, may be coordinated with giveaway-related promotional credits, treatment awards, or promotional pricing at the sole discretion of Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics. Giveaway-related credits or promotional values may be applied toward active treatment balances, remaining treatment fees, or future scheduled payments as determined appropriate by Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics.

No cash value. Non-transferable. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter on behalf of themselves or a minor child. Employees of Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics, affiliated vendors, marketing agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win giveaway prizes.

Limit one entry per individual patient candidate unless otherwise approved by Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics. Duplicate, automated, bot-generated, fraudulent, or manipulated entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics. Parents or legal guardians may submit separate entries for multiple eligible family members residing within the same household.

By submitting an entry, participants consent to receive phone calls, text messages, emails, voicemail messages, and other communications from Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics regarding giveaway status, scheduling, consultations, promotional pricing, and future promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to communications is not a condition of purchase. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Promotional pricing, giveaway-related offers, and secondary promotional awards are subject to limited availability, provider approval, insurance coordination considerations, and applicable expiration dates. Offers may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, insurance-only discounts, transfer discounts, previously presented treatment fees, financing incentives, third-party offers, or other promotional arrangements unless expressly approved in writing by Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics. Giveaway-related promotional pricing, discounts, and treatment awards are generally intended for new orthodontic patients; however, Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply giveaway-related credits, discounts, or promotional values toward active treatment accounts or existing patient balances when deemed appropriate by the practice.

Dr. Lindsay Orthodontics reserves the right to substitute, modify, suspend, terminate, extend, cancel, or alter any giveaway prize, promotional offer, discount, treatment incentive, or portion of this promotion at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Winner(s) must consent to being photographed, video recorded, interviewed, and/or posted on social media platforms, websites, advertisements, promotional materials, or other marketing content as a condition of accepting any giveaway prize, promotional award, or giveaway-related offer. Failure to provide such consent may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any affiliated social media platform. By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and all affiliated entities from any liability, claims, damages, or responsibility related to this promotion.
