HOW IT WORKS

·      The insurance can be used to obtain a maximum of 4 passive retainers per year for a maximum of 4 years (maximum of 16 retainers OR repairs)

·      This includes 4 repairs OR 4 replacements per year

 

FEES FOR RETAINERS WITHOUT INSURANCE

·      Getting a replacement for your retainer can cost from $285 - $335 per retainer

·      Repairing a fixed retainer can cost $90 per tooth where the retainer needs repair

 

RETAINER INSURANCE PROGRAM FEES

·      To purchase the 4 year insurance, a one time fee of $780 is required

·      A copayment of $32 is required at each repair / replacement appointment

 

EXCLUSIONS

·      After exceeding the 4 retainers included per year, if another retainer is needed, the regular retainer fees will apply

·      Retainers that were not replaced or repaired from the previous year will NOT carry over to the following year
